The Employer Brand Development Course builds on this learning, guiding you through the practical steps to implementation—from exploring initial ideas to putting your strategy into action.

You can expect to dedicate approximately 20 hours to each course. This includes time to watch pre-recorded content, take notes, read additional resources, consider how the concepts apply to your organization, and complete the final assignment.
Absolutely! Happydance Academy courses are designed to flex around your busy schedule. You can access all the learning modules as soon as you enroll, so you can complete the course at your own pace.
Yes! Group bookings for five or more people receive a 10% discount, and groups of 10 or more people receive a 15% discount. If you need a customized booking for a larger group, please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
Yes! Our courses are accredited by the HR Certification Institute®.
The Employer Brand Strategy Course and Employer Brand Development Course are both equivalent to 12.5 credits.
Once you’ve completed the course content, you’ll be given an assignment. The assignments are designed to help you solidify your learning and apply your knowledge to your own employer brand—putting the theory into action.
When you’ve completed the assignment, you’ll be awarded a HRCI®-accredited certificate—either as a certified employer-brand strategist or employer-brand specialist, depending on the course you’ve completed.
