Still have questions about the Sprint Series? Read through our FAQ’s

  • Are the Sprint courses accredited?

Our Sprint courses are accredited by HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute).

  • Can I manage the Sprint course with a busy work schedule?

Absolutely! Our Sprints are designed with your busy schedule in mind. All the modules are released as soon as you enroll on the course so you can take your time to go through the content.

  • Is there a discount for group bookings?

If you're looking for prices for individuals or groups of 4 or less, you'll find all the info on our "courses page." But if you have a larger group or need a customized booking, hop over to the group bookings page and shoot us a message by filling out the form.

  • How long will it take to complete the course

Expect to dedicate approximately 20 hours. This includes the time required to watch the pre-recorded content and take notes, go through the additional reading resources in the workbook, considering how the concepts apply to your organization, and completing the assignment at the end of the course.

  • Can you help me in picking the right course for my role? I'm looking for guidance on which one would be the best fit for me.

Choosing between the two courses, it really comes down to where you're at in your employer brand journey and where you think you could use some extra help. The Employer Brand Strategy course dives into the strategy basics and Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Meanwhile, the Development course guides you from start to finish, right from the initial idea to putting your strategy into action. Basically, the Development course builds on what you learn in the Strategy course. So, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your employer brand to the next level, pick the course that fits your needs best!

  • How do I earn the HRCI accredited certificate?

Once you've gone through all the course content, you'll get the chance to tackle an assignment. This assignment is designed to help you solidify what you've learned and actually apply that knowledge. It's all about taking that theory and figuring out how to put it into action, especially when it comes to building your employer brand. Once you've wrapped it up, you'll be rewarded with a certificate as an employer brand strategist or specialist, depending on the course you've chosen.
